How do I love mangos?

Let me count the ways.

Ripe Ataulfo mango...

peeled like this...

and eaten like this.

Or cubed and eaten with Greek yogurt.

Or when the weather is hot like today...

a quart of Trader Joe's Mango Sorbet will be just as heavenly.

Made in Australia from ripe mangos on its northeastern coast. They are only here for the summer, so run to your local Trader Joe's now and grab a quart before the season ends. You will not be disappointed. :)

I've been adding kiwis to my Greek yogurt (Trader Joes lowfat is my favorite) but I'm grabbing a mango or three on my next trip. Good call!

I love TJ's Greek yogurt as well--even the non-fat one tastes fantastic! Grab a few ripe Ataulfo/Champagne mangos the next time you're at an Asian market. :)

will do that, thanks for the tip. I think I'm going to be down by Reliable in Somerville tomorrow.

I have some of the non-fat vanilla. I think it tastes a bit chalky next to the lowfat one so I usually get that and add a bit of honey to dull the bitterness.
